1 year contract with a possibility of renewal

Role:

• Conduct bicycle manufacture quality audits
• Manage after sales
• Monitor product (bicycle) performance
• Establish, develop & maintain customer relationships
• Resolve product problems
• Passion for people, service delivery and improvement of product

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate/Matric
• N6 Trade Certificate preferred
• Drivers license
• Mechanical background or aptitude
• 3 year Technical experience
• 1 year Sales experience
• 1 year Training experience
• Good Language skills: English, Zulu / Sotho / Tsonga
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer and staff relationship skills
• Attention to detail
