Technical/Plant Manager (Johannesburg South) - J16B014

Permanent position based in Johannesburg South

Duties:

• Manage the operational function as well as maintenance of production
• Technical management
• Maximising productivity of the plant
• Design, develop and implement system improvements
• Implement and manage health and safety standards
• Preventative maintenance and root cause analysis
• Manage capital equipment procurement and utilisation
• Adhere to company regulations and full compliance 

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering Degree/ Diploma
• 10 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer
• 5 years + of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Continuous improvement methods
• Good interpersonal, managerial and communication skills
• Methodical, analytical and energetic
