Duties:

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships within government and private sector to improve water and water resource sustainability
• Be a point of contact between government and private sector
• Identify key role players in the agricultural, water and forestry sectors
• Identify and address policies and procedures
• Ensure best practice
• Manage and implement programmes for the current water crisis

Requirements:

• Masters in Water Management/ Public management/ Water Resource Planning
• 10+ years working with the water sector or private sector on water management solutions
• Strong networking, negotiation and diplomacy skills
• Knowledge of the agricultural, water and resource management industries
• Demonstrated experience in engaging at a strategic level

• Industrial Engineering Degree/ Diploma
• 10 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer
• 5 years + of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Continuous improvement methods
• Good interpersonal, managerial and communication skills
• Methodical, analytical and energetic
